Below you will find links to the forms in various formats. We recommend downloading the archive file containing all the necessary forms and these instructions (Membership Forms - All). That way you get everything you need in one click. Please fill them out as completely as possible and mail them to:

If you are a new meber please do not send any form of payment with the completed application package. Once your package is processed you will be notified and if appropriate you may remit applicable dues at that time.
Please be informed that this process could take as much as three months. We hold meetings of the whole membership quarterly and all our members have a voice in what applications are approved.
What we would like you to do right away please, is to get involved with the club. Get to know us, allow us to get to know you. Come on a ride, come to a meeting, or attend some form of event with us.
We are a family friendly group that puts more value on camaraderie than cash flow. This is your express invitation to come allow us to prove it to you.

September Business Meeting
WHEN: Sunday Sept 20, 2009
TIME: 4pm to 7pm or dark
WHERE: Silver Lake Recreation Area
This will be a business meeting and meet & greet. New members or non-members can join is as well, but business will discussed for all existing members.
