I had to read this twice before I could understand it.

First, you have my condolences. I hadn't seen Charles in probably a year but I didn't know anything was wrong with him.
This is a total shock to me.

Also, I would like to thank you for sharing this with us.

I'm sure I speak for many of us when I say I am sorry for your loss. Would you please let us know when funeral arraignments have been made?

I knew he wasn't doing well but I didn't know it was so imminent.   But he was so quiet lately I wondered.

I am sorry for your loss. It is our loss too.   He was well respected around here.
Please do let us know the arrangements.

I am certainly going to miss my talks with Charles...

I went by his home last night, and got a chance to talk to his family. While things are very tough right now, his wife has asked for help selling some tires in the future. A few years ago, Charles had purchased a big lot of used military tires at an auction. When it is time, his wife asked for help selling some of these tires. He has quite a few in the 52" and up range, maybe some of you can help me post an ad on Pirate...

Thank you. I meant to say "Chuck's", not Pirate. I'll take some pictures at a later date and get you the info, I know the family will appreciate the help...

I'm sorry to hear this.  I was thinking about Charles last night on my way home from work.  Thinking that I haven't heard from him and wondering how he was doing.

He was the first person on Florida4x4 to help me fix a problem I had with my Blazer.  He hadn't ever met me, but he took time to meet me and give me a part to test.  That shows what kind of friend he was.

I never met him in person, But I know he usually chimed in when someone had a question he could answer.
