.22 rifle
« on: May 24, 2011, 06:32:47 PM »

I have a .22lr mossberg 702 plinkster. It's in great shape, with 2 mags, a sling, and around 100 rds of ammo $110. Will get pics later if needed.

I don't know about that model, but I know Mossberg makes good stuff.  Sounds like a good deal on a plinker!

I finally got around to taking my concealed carry class. I was picking out a new pistol for carry that I've been wanting for a while.

Do you have a Hunters Safety card?

The gun was sold a while back, just forgot I posted it on here. I never took the hunters safety course, I was born before the "cut off date" so I didn't have to take it. I wanted to find a small easily concealable carry gun, so I went with a Diamondback DB9.

LCR .380?? The LCR is a revolver, do you mean the LCP? I almost bought a .380, but found a deal on a 9mm, which I would preffer anyway. The lcp is a pretty slim carry piece, but the lcp9 has a safety that is for right hand shooters. My strong shooting hand is my left, even though I can shoot either way.

my bad, i meant the LCP...lol...and you are right the LCR is a revolver, which is nice as well

The LC9 is next on my list! I already have a S&W 9mm that i have had for a long time, its kinda heavy though, even for a midsized framed gun.

My son has become very proficient with his .22, so I am looking for the another rifle for him.  Any suggestions?  Anyone have anything for sale that would suit him?
